‘waste your time’ is the melancholic new track from Leicester-based singer-songwriter Causier. The alt-pop instant classic feels atmospheric from its opening moments, with bright guitar chords guiding us through an airy texture. His lyrics explore the reality of love not always being enough to get through a ‘right person wrong time’ relationship. Causier is dropping his second EP, It’s Deeper Than I Thought, on January 31st, 2025 via Good As Gold. He explains: “The first EP was a lot about experimentation and retrospective learning from experiences of my adolescence. This EP is my realisation that everything is in fact, very deep.
